We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst / CRO Specialist. In this role you will be at the forefront of data-driven decision making, collaborating with digital marketing specialists, designers, strategists, and developers. A key part of this will be to lead the development and delivery of our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) service.

What you’ll do:

  • Understand and break down complex data for both B2B and B2C clients across digital and marketing channels, providing clear insights into the customer journey flow.
  • Utilise data to identify strategic opportunities for growth and efficiency for our clients through insightful reporting and recommendations.
  • Manage and execute the CRO service and A/B testing program we provide clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders in marketing, operations, and other corporate business functions to support the development of automated key reporting.
  • Take ownership of creating client dashboards that demonstrate the value of the services we provide as an agency.
  • Take responsibility for measurement and technical tracking implementation to ensure that the necessary tracking mechanisms are implemented correctly to capture relevant data.
  • Work with key client stakeholders to influence the business and drive efficiency through insight-led reporting.

What do you have:

  • You have 3+ years in a similar analytical role as a Marketing and/or CRO analyst
  • You are proficient with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, GA4 and possibly Adobe Analytics.
  • You have a strategic mindset and can connect the dots between data insights and business objectives
  • You can effectively articulate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams. Their leadership skills allow you to spearhead the development and delivery of the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) service, rallying colleagues around a shared vision.
  • You have a thirst for knowledge and a genuine curiosity to explore emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the field of data analytics.
