Great to see your interest in joining Youwe.  After submitting your application, our goal is simple: to discover together whether we’re a great match. 

Below you’ll find the steps of our hiring process. 

The process

1. Application received

Once you apply, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Our recruitment team carefully reviews every application and aims to provide feedback within five working days.

2. First introduction

If we see a potential match, our recruiter will contact you for a short introduction call. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about you and for you to ask your first questions about the role and Youwe.

3. First interview

If the introduction is positive, we’ll invite you for a first interview with members of the team. During this conversation, we’ll discuss the role, your experience, and how you could contribute to the team.

4. Second interview

Still a match? Then we’ll schedule a second interview with another colleague and HR to dive a bit deeper into the role and the collaboration within the team.

5. The offer

If we’re both excited to move forward, we’ll prepare an offer. Your recruiter will walk you through the details, and once accepted, you’ll receive your employment contract within five working days.

6. Welcome to Youwe

Contract signed? Welcome to Youwe! Before your first day, your manager will share everything you need to get started. On your first day you’ll meet your colleagues and receive the equipment you need to begin your journey with us.
