Your role as an Implementation Consultant at Youwe
Working on multiple projects, you’ll bridge the business and IT from pre-sales all the way through to go-live and further enhancements. You’ll be taking the lead in client-facing workshops to extract business requirements and identify underlying needs, which you’ll translate to practical solutions, including costing. During the projects, you’ll support the developers and delivery managers, maintaining close contact with the clients. You’ll continue to be involved after go-live, training users, resolving issues and putting forward recommendations based on the client’s IT landscape and growth strategy.
Ranging from implementations and upgrades to integrations, your projects contribute to our clients’ strategic roadmaps. That’s why you’ll advise our strategic consultants on the technical aspects and help them prioritise the customers’ needs. You will also work closely with our business developers, fellow consultants, and UX and web designers in often complex use cases, involving integrations of e-commerce, PIM, CRM, ERP and other platforms. Who you are
No two projects and clients are the same and you fully embrace the variety of challenges, alternating easily between projects. You are driven by your ambition to help clients achieve their goals with exceptional e-commerce solutions. Leveraging your functional, technical and communication skills, you convince clients and inspire developers to devise the best possible solutions, for which you take ownership. And being inquisitive, you are eager to stay ahead of the latest e-commerce-related technological trends.
What you have
- Graduate-level ability or training (Bachelor’s degree) in a relevant software or business subject.
- Previous experience in a consultant or developer role, preferably at a digital agency.
- Demonstrable experience with e-commerce platforms and integrations. And an in-depth understanding of business processes in a B2B wholesale and/or B2B2C environment.
- Sound knowledge of relational databases and data structures, and a keen interest in or familiarity with PIM platforms.
- An excellent command of English. A working knowledge of Dutch would be a plus.
