New Business Consultant (Digital)

At Youwe, we are looking for a proactive New Business Consultant (Digital) with a deal closer track record in the digital transformation sector, who will join our team in Stockholm to strengthen our presence in Sweden (Nordics). We use data and smart algorithms to move this digital world. About the position
Our customer base is growing every day - as is our team of dedicated fanatics hosted in Europe and APAC. We expect you to help us enlarge the customer pool by using the right sales skillset and a good understanding of digital strategy, customer experience, digital planning, content management and e-commerce. As a digital native, you can translate the trends and jargon of the digital world into something that a C-level executive can understand, appreciate and ultimately buy (Consultative selling). Your job is to know the market, recognize the digital 'white space' and pursue opportunities mainly with new potential customers. You know the value of getting down-and-dirty with digital advice instead of going on autopilot with generic slideshows. You have to be a deal closer. You will be part of the international team at our office in Stockholm. From Stockholm, you and other experts will work closely together to add the value our customers demand and desire. You will often push your boundaries for innovation and creativity, and Youwe will also support your development through their internal academy.   • 4+ years of experience in a digital business development/sales roles within the digital agency/IT professional services industry;
  • 2+ years of experience in selling digital platform/products and integration services;
  • Existing network and potential customers within the Swedish / Nordic market;
  • Demonstrable track records in selling multi-year seven-figure projects/commitments;
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt on the fly to new demands and business environments, sense of urgency;
  • Excellent team player within the sales team through interpersonal, communication and people skills;
  • Close collaboration with strategy team, implementation consultants and delivery teams;
  • Assertiveness, directness, and a 'company first' mentality
  • Fluent Swedish & English other Nordic languages are a plus (Danish, Finnish)

Your future tasks:

  • Responsible for your personal KPI's, presentations, meetings, and revenue generation;
  • Additional sales to existing customers and accounts (account mining) in collaboration with Customer Success Managers and delivery teams;
  • Work side by side with the new business developer to nurture leads through the sales cycle, be the primary contact for prospects/leads to create business opportunities;
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare responses to RFPs, proposals and agreements.
  • Every week and month, compile a business status report containing the pipeline and won and lost opportunities in the Nordic market.

This is a permanent position that begins with a probationary period. The employment starts as soon as the right person can be in place. You start from Youwe's office in Stockholm, business trips will occur.
