AI Consultant

We’re looking for an AI Consultant who can sit at the intersection of client strategy and our engineering team. You are the person who turns a client’s business challenges into well-defined AI opportunities - and who stays close enough to delivery to make sure the solution actually lands.

• 5+ Years experience as a technical or implementation consultant, in AI or automation-related field.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Business, or a related field.

• Hands-on exposure to AI/ML in a professional context - enough to earn the trust of engineers and the confidence of clients.

• Experience running structured client workshops and translating outcomes into solution requirements.

• Strong communicator across all levels - comfortable in a boardroom and in a sprint planning session.

• Opinionated on AI trends (LLMs, agents, RAG, data architecture) without being dogmatic.

• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Presales support - join sales conversations, build credibility through AI domain expertise, and help scope and estimate AI projects alongside the commercial team.

• AI Value Discovery - lead workshops to surface business problems, map AI opportunities, and define measurable outcomes clients can commit to.

• Solution design - translate requirements into AI solution architectures; specify what to build and why, without necessarily building it yourself.

• Delivery involvement - act as sparring partner for the Delivery Manager and ML Engineers during project execution; keep client expectations aligned with what’s being delivered.

• Strategy & QBR - represent the AI roadmap in quarterly business reviews; advise clients on AI maturity, adoption, and next steps.
