Then we are looking for you! You will work closely with both our marketing and recruitment teams to set up campaigns, create content and share our brand identity with the world.

You have experience in a similar role in an international environment where you carried out all the tasks related to Recruitment Marketing. You are critical, show initiative and are not afraid to challenge yourself, your colleagues and the management team. At Youwe, you will be part of a dynamic team in a very fast-growing company, so you are not afraid to make quick decisions and work in a fast-moving environment.

What a day as a Recruitment Marketeer at Youwe looks like:

  • Coordinating all activities regarding Employer Branding;
  • Translating "Youwe Storytelling" into marketing activities;
  • Planning social media activities;
  • Organizing meet-ups, conferences, and other events;
  • Developing attractive content that reflects our organizational culture;
  • Rolling out and continuously optimizing PPC and organic campaigns;
  • Analyzing and reporting on recruitment marketing results and spotting opportunities for improvement
  • Managing the Youwe careers website;
  • Making Youwe visible and recognizable on the vacancy market.

What are we asking from you?

  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience as a marketeer preferably focused on recruitment;
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adwords, LinkedIn, and other social media channels;
  • Have a passion for data-driven techniques;
  • Native English speaker;
  • You are innovative, enterprising, and work both accurately and solution-oriented;
  • Keep a close eye on all developments within Recruitment Marketing;
  • You know how to roll out your employer branding strategy.
